We charge a flat design fee based on project size and scope. A 100% deposit is required before services begin. Renovations and new construction are billed hourly due to their technical nature.

Investment budgets start at $30k, based on size of space and level of complexity.
What is included in procurement?
We manage ordering, tracking, resolving issues, warehouse receiving, and delivery coordination, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to installation.
Do you work with trade-exclusive vendors? Why?
Yes. These vendors offer customizable, high-quality pieces not available through retail. Clients purchase these through JGS at standard retail pricing.
Can I hire you just for art, accessories, or paint colors?
Absolutely. Our Designer Date session is perfect for targeted, high-impact design guidance.
How long does the design phase take?
Full-Service Design projects typically require 6–8 weeks, depending on decision-making speed and number of selections.
What happens after the design is approved?
We move into Implementation, which includes ordering, tracking, warehouse coordination, and installation — ending with a beautifully styled, move-in-ready space.
